These comments are taken from the feedback cards we receive from our customers which will hopefully help you regarding our loyalty and status as a company.  Don't think we have been selective with our feedback, these comments are genuine responses not made up jargon.

"I visited the showroom and display area, made a decision to buy there and then.  On scanning the web site for sheds I never found your site.  Questions were asked about my requirements, a deposit requested and possible delivery date quoted.  I was contacted about delivery and was happy with the arrangement, it arrived at approximate time.  Found not the most communicative or jolly chaps we have had on site, demeanour improved after a cup of tea and biscuits, work seems ok.  The building seems perfectly satisfactory."

We already knew the products as our daughter in Tynemouth has a Potts summerhouse.  The website was easy to negotiate, but your on site display confirmed our choice easily.  My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and we were completely satisfied with delivery arrangements.  You arrived when you said you would and the lads worked efficiently and neatly, attention to detail was most noticeable.  The shed exues an air of solidity and stability and yet unobtrusive."

"My order was dealt with friendly, competence and efficiency.  I had to phone to get a delivery date and it was two weeks later than stated.  It arrived later than stated but I did get a phone call to say they were running late.  The erectors were polite, very efficient and tidy."

Its very disappointing for us to let customers down with lead times, on this occasion it was unforseen that we had joiners off which effected our schedule, my apologies on this instance and I can assure you this isn't something that happens often.                                                                                                                                                                    John

We stopped taking cheques a few years ago when we had a few problems with fraud which unfortunatley did spoil it for others.                                John

"Brochure was easy to digest and logical layout, I visited the website and easily located the items.  My order was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and delivery arrangements were very pro-active and arrived 30 mins early!  The lads erecting the sheds were a great team, very polite and excellent workmanship, it exceeds expectations."

Its great to hear the staff get recognised, especially the joiners as they rarely have anything to do with the customers, on this occassion the sales lad, Mark dealt with the order, the delivery process, then because of staff holidays he actually went out and erected the sheds which was great he got involved in every step.                 John

"The brochure had more than enough choice and information, it was good to see all buildings in photographs and in settings.  It was very easy to navigate the website.  The staff were very friendly, choices were well explained and even willing to paint the awkward arbour seat.  We had a telephone call the week before to organised delivery which fitted in with my commitments.  The drivers arrived within 45 minutes of agreed time which was okay considering the distance and the Tyne Tunnel!  The erectors performed professionally, checking positioning before and after.  I am absolutely delighted with it and the neighbours have been complimentary."

It was good to hear your comments regarding the painting of the arbour seat, its not something we normally do and I'm not sure Geoff started to regret his offer after about 5 hours of painting the trellis bits but it did look good in the end and matched well with the shed.  Good on Geoff for putting himself out for our customers.                                                        John Potts

"The brochure had good coverage, my order was handled really well, workshop arrived on time and erected excellently.  The only problem is getting the door to shut which is due to the uneven ground which has enough drop to allow the rain to run off."

                                                                                                                                                        When preparing your base you must make sure it is level, alot of builders / paviors will suggest having the ground sloping to allow the rain to drain but for sheds the ground needs to be level, our buildings are built square and level in our factory.  I can see from the lads job sheet that they had to chock the shed because of the uneven base which solves the problem and as the shed starts to settle (approx 6-12 weeks) the chock may need to be tapped in again.                                                                                                  John Potts

"It was an advert in our local paper that attracted our attention and we got a brochure when we visited your factory.  I did subsequently visit the website which was very easy to browse.  The order was dealt with efficiently and the delivery arrangements were acceptable to us, arriving within the time slot stated, after 1pm.  The shed erectors performed very well under the adverse conditions, ie rain on the day.  The building is very good, we are very pleased and will recommend Potts to our friends."
